Right now we’re on a cruise to the South Pacific. But how can I get the time, you ask? It is all about time management, and it’s about rewarding yourself. It’s also about delegation; I learned how to delegate a long time ago – to let go and let God and trust the buggers. My staff, my people, my managers, they do a great job and that’s why I’m now off on that cruise for 2 weeks with a couple of great mates.

Sure, by all means work hard. But you also have to rest easy and reward yourself. I always need that carrot out there in front of me to keep me going. We all need that carrot, I learned that years ago. You’ve got to learn to reward yourself!
